Question What is ``Resin Wicker``?
AnswerResin wicker is a synthetic material that combines natural fibers and PVE plastics that are more environmentally-friendly than traditional PVC, nylon, and latex materials. Resin wicker is built to last longer, too, and is even more durable than organic rattan wicker. Because it is a synthetic material made of thousands of individual fibers, it is not “dyed”; the coloration is implicit in the material itself. This means that even if your furniture gets scuffed and scraped, it won’t lose its color or its strength.
Question What is the best way to clean the wicker?
AnswerA simple solution of mild soap and water will do the trick. In general, dust and dirt will harm your furniture so clean it regularly according to recommendations and keep out of direct sunlight whenever possible or risk fading. For more information, or specific questions contact us.
Question What is the best way to clean the cushions?
AnswerFor normal care, mix 2 ounces of a mild soap such a Woolite with a gallon of lukewarm water. Use a soft bristle brush to clean the fabric. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. For tougher stains, a mild bleach solution can be used. Read our full care instructions for all the details.

Question What is your warranty policy?
AnswerThe manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipping. Caesar Hardware, at its discretion, will courier replacement parts or ship a replacement to you. Please note that warranties are not transferable and do not extend to re-sold items. For warranty to be in effect, products must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal wear and tear, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty. Salt water damage is not covered in any circumstances. In the first few months sun fading may occur on products, this is entirely normal. Stains and physical damage are not covered. For more information, please request our Warranty Policy.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 30 days for a refund, credit or exchange.

  • Contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and received in like-new condition.
  • Damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Clearance and open box items are sold as “Final Sale” and are not returnable.
  • Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not returnable.
